work life balance
As part of our commitment toward well-being of our workers, and provide a good work life balance, we ONLY employ women artisans for braiding, weaving or creating unique patterns for our Bags.
Weaving or braiding is done by intertwining multiple strands of leather into an uniform pattern, these strands of leather can be varied thickness and shapes. The weaving is done at home and by-hand. The panels are then assembled together in factory to make beautiful bags.
This way we provide employment to our women workforce whilst they take care of family !
