RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Your order does not meet your expectations or you have ordered several items to choose from? No problem! You have the right to cancel your order, with the exception of gift vouchers, up to 14 days after receipt.
Send an email, stating the order number to info@bufalli.com and your return request will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive a return form that must be completed and emailed back. Based on the return form, you will receive a return label from DPD that must be placed on the return package. You have 14 days after receipt of the return label to return your product in its original condition and packaging. You are requested to keep the proof of shipment that you receive from DPD in case the package is lost.

As soon as the returned package has been received in good order by Bufalli, the order amount will be refunded to your account. Only the costs for the return from your own account and will be deducted from the amount. It usually takes up to five working days for the amount to be deposited into your account. The refund will be made via the payment method chosen when placing the order.

Bufalli makes accessories and delivers them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that hardware breaks during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty.
There is a standard warranty of 1 year from the time of purchase. You can contact our customer service via info@bufalli.com. To make a claim under the warranty, you must show proof of purchase, but also send a photo of the item and the damage. In addition, if you describe what the problem is, Bufalli will certainly provide you with the best possible service as quickly as possible.
