DO I NEED A ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER? 

Yes, you need a personal account to place an order. This enables us to send you a Track & Trace number of the parcel you ordered.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ?

If your favourite item is available, click ‘’Add to cart’’ to add the item to your cart. Are all the items in your cart? Please proceed with your order. Then enter your details. All fields with * must be completed. You will then be automatically redirected to a safe payment environment of Mollie, Pay Pal or Apple pay. Proceed to the checkout and select your payment method. Once you have paid, your order is completed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Bufalli tries to process the order for shipment the same, at the latest on the next working day.

CAN I STILL CHANGE MY ORDER?

You may still cancel your order and/or change your details before we have processed the order.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We want to make it as convenient as possible for you and that is why we have several options to keep payment easy, reliable, and safe. BUFALLI offers payment methods such as :

Master, Visa or Maestro –

If you have decided to pay with Mastercard, Maestro or VISA, enter your credit card number and expiry date, then the CVC / CVV code and the name of the cardholder.

- This 3-digit code can be found on the back of your credit card.

- To protect your data, all data is fully encrypted with SSL and also secured against unauthorized access.

- As soon as you have completed your order, the amount will be debited.

PayPal –

If you choose PayPal you have to have a PayPal account first. When paying, you will be redirected to the PayPal website after which you can make your payment.

- After the payment, you will return to the Bufalli website

Klarna –

Shop now, pay later! This is possible if you choose to pay via Klarna.

- You will receive an invoice via Klarna after sending the order, which must be paid within 14 days.

- Returns, postponement of payment and other matters are further handled via Klarna.

Sofortbanking –

Its a European-wide payment method available in 8 countries. With SOFORT Banking there are no hidden fees involved, you only pay for successful transactions.

Apple Pay –

At Bufalli you can also pay with Apple Pay. This means contactless payment, but with your iPhone or Apple Watch.

- This way you can pay quickly, easily and securely via an iPhone, iPad or MacBook

Google Pay –

At Bufalli we also accept payment via Google Pay, which means you can pay contactless via your Android devices.

AMEX –

You may also use American express card to purchase your favourite from Bufalli

YOU HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE  * OR GIFT VOUCHER **? 

You can enter this code during the ordering process. The discount and/or the value of the gift voucher will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining amount can then be paid via another payment method. If the value of the gift voucher is higher than the total amount to be settled, you will receive a voucher from Bufalli for the difference.

* Bufalli cannot offer a promotional discount on already discounted items.

** Customers who return items that have been paid by means of a gift voucher will receive a new gift voucher.
